He is also a Certified Home Selling Advisor, Certified Home Buyer Advisor, and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative. He is a member of the National Association of Expert Advisors. He is e-PRO® with Negotiation Specialist and Investment Property Specialist certifications, as well as a proven certified Real Estate Negotiator. In his personal time, David is always on the lookout for his next exciting property investment, be it an income property or a flip. He is passionate about giving back to his community and supports Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Wounded Warrior Project, Citizens for Animal Protection, and the Buffalo Bayou Partnership. David enjoys spending time outdoors doing just about any high-energy activity. Still, ultimately, his greatest joy is spending time with his wife, Martha, and their two daughters, Kynnison and Kashtyn.
